I love Christmas! For the part 22 years, I have written a Christmas poem. I have written about nearly every element of the traditional nativity scene and about Christmas traditions, so if you'd like to see a poem about a specific subject, contact me and if I have one on that subject, I'll post it. I have included a few of my poems on this site. Click on CHRISTMAS POEMS (under "more," and then on the individual poems.
My husband and I also collect nativities . . . manger scenes, crèches, nacimientos, nascitas, Weihnachtskrippen . . . whatever you chose to call them. Because of my husband’s employment, and because of our passion for travel, we have had the privilege of exploring the world. Everywhere we have gone, we have searched for original, handcrafted nativities, even in non-Christian countries. In fact, some of our most unique nativities come from non-Christian countries. Pieces from our collection have been displayed in museums, private displays, and even at the Utah State governor’s mansion.

The two images above in the header are nativities from our collection, the left from Mongolia woven from camel and sheep wool, and on the right a wood carving from Poland, and the other photos are from one of our Christmas museum displays. I have used other nativities to illustrate some of the Nativity Poems I have included on this site. Enjoy!
